Go ahead and plan your week AND your month! October has ALL the fun @ Four Winds!
Sundays
7 am - Boot Camp with Beth: Don't let the words BOOT CAMP scare you - there are stations of different levels of HIT training that you rotate through.
Mondays
6 am - Boot Camp with Beth
8 am - Boot Camp with Beth
9 am - Fit, Fun, Fab with Beth: For those of you starting back to your wellness journey - Beth leads a gentle mobility class that is also very fun!
4 pm - Restorative Yoga with Angie: 5 - 6 poses held for 5 minutes each encouraging your body to deeply relax and reboot its own nervous system. You will leave feeling euphoric!
7 pm - Pole Fitness Class with Amy: This is the most you will laugh all week. It's a fun way to do strength training. Bring a gal pal and enjoy this new offering.
Tuesdays
8 am - Boot Camp with Beth
9 am - Chair Yoga
11 am - Yoga for Strength with Angie: All levels welcome, including beginners. We will sweat and we will get our heart rates up AND you will leave stronger.

11:30 am - Hula Hoop Class with Amy
