And lastly - Between Pages is having their soft launch for the independent book store opening INSIDE Four Winds.

It's been a big year and we are excited to celebrate with YOU who make this all possible in our amazing little town of WEDOWEE.

WHAT A YEAR!

It feels like just yesterday we gathered at the Old Chimney Cove Clubhouse with a few friends,

a shared vision, and a few campfire dreams. Fast forward 12 months, and Four Winds Alabama

is celebrating its 1st Birthday, growing even faster than a pop-up tent. From sunrise yoga to

late-night campfire stargazing, this past year has shown us that when God is first, everything is

possible.

From a Small Seed to a Thriving Community

Four Winds Alabama was built on a shared vision of faith, fitness, and community.

“A MOVEMENT FOR MOVEMENT”

Angie Stryker – The Wildflowers bring wellness to life through yoga and yoga paddleboarding,

creating peaceful, faith-centered experiences on and off the water.

Jessica Camp & Eric Camp – Camp's Getaway Gear & Outdoors lead the adventure side with

group kayaking experiences, kayak rentals, boat and jet ski rentals, and camping gear for

families and visitors to fully enjoy Lake Wedowee.

Beth Busbin – WeFit Extreme Training provides nutrition coaching and fitness classes

focused on building strength, improving health, and creating sustainable lifestyle habits.

From an overgrown empty property full of cobwebs to a year of our cups running over! Dreams

that became goals became something truly special. It would not have been possible without

you.

In celebration of our 1st Birthday, Four Winds Alabama is growing again!

The Cottage at Four Winds Refillery with Holistic Roots by Doc Beth products, an all-natural

wellness line created through years of research and personal experience. Other locally sourced

products will also be available at The Cottage.

This journey didn’t happen overnight. Cancer at 42, watching my parents, friends and family

members also going through this, My why became greater! I began asking deeper questions

about what we can control. While genetics play a role, both doctors and research continue to

point to the environment as a major factor. That led me to focus on one simple but powerful

truth: we can control what we put on and in our bodies.

That mission led to the creation of Holistic Roots by Doc Beth, where we offer truly non-toxic,

research-based products for your home and body.

From laundry detergents to cleaning products and skincare, everything is designed to be

The “Smell-Free” Laundry & Truly Natural Product Approach

Many “natural” detergents and products still rely heavily on fragrance oils or even essential oils

simply for scent. At Holistic Roots by Doc Beth, we take a very different approach.

All products are created with non toxic (most food grade) and using clinical-grade essential oils

that I have personally distilled or pressed, ensuring purity, quality, and full transparency. When

additional oils are needed, they are sourced through a highly scrutinized vetting process,

because I will only use the highest quality ingredients available.

This standard isn’t just preference, it’s part of my doctoral research and dissertation, where

every product has been evaluated for real-world use, safety, and effectiveness. The most recent

data from a case study using 60 households, showed significant results supporting my

hypothesis that started this line of products.

Products are designed to:

• Use only intentional, research-backed ingredients

• Support sensitive systems without compromising results

And in many cases, clean doesn’t need a scent at all. A product can do its job beautifully
